Richard Eddy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Richard began their career at Apollo Health, where they worked in IT support and manufacturing, interacting with customers and becoming an expert in assembly and shipping practices. Richard then moved on to work as an IT administrator at Contact Mortgage, where they designed and implemented IT solutions and reported directly to the CEO. At Ekiwi.LLC, Richard worked as a programmer, using their programming skills to extract information from websites and databases for clients. Richard then joined KPMG as a Senior Associate in IT Attestation, where they conducted controls testing to ensure the reliability of IT environments and support financial audits. Richard then transitioned to Huron Consulting Group, where they served as a Senior Product Specialist and Team Lead in Huron Healthcare, supervising a team and improving patient care and business processes for hospitals. Most recently, Richard has been with Domo, Inc., where they held several positions including Senior Technical Consultant, Principal Consultant, Senior Manager - Preferred Support, Director of Preferred Support, and currently Vice President of Customer Support. In these roles, Richard has focused on providing excellent customer support and driving customer loyalty through training, bug resolution, and overall improvement of the technical support experience.

Richard Eddy attended Brigham Young University from 2003 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems (MISM) with a focus on Business and Computers.
