Kat Monares has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kat currently works at Domo, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager in the APAC region. In this role, they focus on developing relationships with customers and ensuring their success by demonstrating the value of the Domo product.

Prior to their current position, Kat worked at Conga as a Customer Success Manager from 2019 to 2022. Kat played a crucial role in increasing the value of the Sales Cloud by addressing pain points and automating processes.

Before Conga, Kat worked at Houzz where they held multiple roles. Kat was a Customer Success Manager from 2018 to 2019, where they engaged with homeowners and design professionals on the platform. Prior to that, they served as an Associate Account Manager and an Account Coordinator/Sales Development Representative, where they managed leads, onboarded professionals, and pitched marketing programs to prospects.

Kat's earlier experience includes working as a Store Manager at Skin and Threads, where they implemented a customer capture and retention strategy, and as an Assistant Store Manager at SHEIKE, where they led a team and managed budgets.

Kat began their career in customer service at Regus as a Customer Service Representative from 2012 to 2013.

Kat Monares attended St. Patrick's College Campbelltown from 2003 to 2008, where they completed the High School Certificate of Competence Program. Kat then pursued further education at TAFE NSW from 2007 to 2008 and obtained a Certificate III in Tourism & Events Management.
