Samantha Liberati serves as a Principal Customer Success Manager and Global Emerging Talent Advisory Board Member at SAP since October 2019. In this role, Samantha focuses on delivering fresh insights to the SAP global executive leadership team, addressing key topics such as the SAP Ecosystem, Customer Success objectives, sustainability, and strategy transformation. Prior to joining SAP, Samantha held various positions at Temple Health – Temple University Health System from April 2014 to October 2019, including HRIS Analyst and Sr HRIS Specialist. Additionally, Samantha gained experience as a Consultant Liaison at NTT DATA from July 2012 to April 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University, along with a semester abroad at Richmond, The American International University in London.
