Vincent Rosas

Vincent Rosas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Vincent is currently working as a Tier 4 Support Manager at EPIC iO Technologies, where they handle escalations, creates training materials, and assists with customer training. Prior to this, Vincent worked at IntelliSite as an Installation Manager, overseeing the installation schedule, managing field technicians, and conducting technical training. Vincent also served as a Senior Technical Engineer at IntelliSite and QPCS, LLC, where they gained experience in video management system installation and configuration, as well as camera hardware from various brands. Vincent has previous experience as an Installer at LinkUs Enterprises and as a Local Contractor at Go2IT Group, where they installed and configured wireless POS scanners and registers for Best Buy locations. Vincent also worked as a Driver/Contractor at Lyft, an Assisted Sales Rep at ActionLink, and an Agent at TeleContact Resource Services. Before that, Vincent was a Residential Sales Representative at ADT and a Retail Assistant Manager at The Wireless Stores, Inc.

Vincent Rosas completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Thomas Downey High School from 1998 to 2002, where they studied subjects like Math, Physics, and Chemistry.
