Tracey Rosado has over 20 years of experience in customer success and account management roles. Tracey is currently a Principal Customer Success Manager at Domo, Inc., where they oversee customer satisfaction and retention. Prior to this, Tracey worked as a Sr. Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Domo, where they brought together people, data, and systems for a digitally-connected business.
Before joining Domo, Tracey spent five years at Kronos Incorporated as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they focused on increasing adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction for a portfolio of clients. Tracey also developed and monitored success plans that aligned with customer objectives. Prior to this, Tracey worked as a Cloud Customer Manager at Kronos, where they built strong relationships with customers and resolved inquiries related to products and services.
Tracey's earlier experience includes working as an Account/Project Manager/Customer Success at Psyche Systems Corp, where they managed customer relationships and implemented projects. Tracey also worked as a Client Relationship Manager at Computer Associates, Inc., where they managed customer relationships, identified technology needs, and promoted user group interaction.
Tracey began their career at RetroFit Technologies as a Sales/Inside Sales representative. Throughout their career, they have consistently met and surpassed objectives, resulting in bonus program monies.
Tracey Rosado's education history includes the following: in 2017, they obtained a Customer Success Certification from Gainsight. In 1984 to 1985, they attended Burdett Business School in Boston and received a Certificate in Admin/Business School. Prior to that, from 1980 to 1984, they completed their high school education at Marlborough High School and obtained a Diploma in College Prep.
Additionally, Tracey Rosado has earned a certification in High Performance Mindset from Compete to Create in June 2021.
