Irena Filipi

Irena Filipi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Sectron Shpk since March 2024, Irena is responsible for implementing employee retention strategies and aligning compensation policies with local best practices. Previously, Irena held the position of HR, Global Training & Development Manager at Dompé, where development and implementation of training programs were key responsibilities. Irena also managed human resources for Dompé in Albania and Kosovo, and has held HR management roles at Exatto ShPk and ICTS Albania, as well as consulting and training roles with SPRINT! Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.
