Geneviève Petit

Geneviève Petit has extensive experience in talent management, talent acquisition, leadership and succession planning, and human resources. Geneviève currently works as the GLOBAL - Talent Management Lead / Leadership and Succession Planning at Donaldson since January 2023. Prior to that, they served in various roles at Donaldson and D'Ieteren, including EMEA - Talent Management Lead / Talent Acquisition & Talent Development at Donaldson from May 2021 to December 2022, and as a Talent Manager at D'Ieteren from September 2020 to April 2021. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Puratos, where they worked as an HR Business Partner from December 2015 to September 2020, a Learning & Development Manager from December 2015 to January 2018, and a Recruitment & Training Manager from February 2014 to November 2015. Geneviève also worked as a Recruitment Team Leader at Enginium Group from August 2009 to January 2014 and as a Campus Recruiter at Ebbinge from August 2007 to August 2009.

Geneviève Petit obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Université catholique de Louvain in 2004. Geneviève then pursued a Master's degree in Communication from KU Leuven from 2004 to 2006. In 2005, Geneviève participated in an Erasmus program at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, focusing on Communication. Geneviève later completed a Master's degree in Business Economics at KU Leuven from 2006 to 2007. In terms of certifications, Geneviève obtained various certifications including Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, EIP3 - Emotional Intelligence - Exploration from Cubiks, a PSI Business, and Q7Leaders Certified from Q7Leader. Other certifications include Coach from Better Minds at Work and Insights Practitioner from Insights Benelux.
