Gina Berg

Gina Berg has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment. Gina currently works as a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at Donaldson since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Medtronic from 2020 to 2023, including Executive Search Consultant and Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist. At Medtronic, Gina led recruitment efforts for executive-level roles across different functions and business units. Before Medtronic, Gina worked as an Executive Recruiter at Kellogg Company from 2015 to 2020, where they managed recruitment for executive-level roles in various corporate functions. Gina also held a leadership role in the Women of Kellogg Employee Resource Group. From 2008 to 2015, Gina worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Cargill, managing the selection process for leadership and IT positions. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Manager at Room & Board and as a Staffing Specialist at Thrivent Financial.

Gina Berg holds a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Law/Criminology from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.
