Kirk Williams

Kirk Williams is the chief human resources officer of DFIN. Prior to joining DFIN, he served as the chief human resources officer for James Hardie Building Products, leading global transformational initiatives. Before his work at James Hardie Industries he served as vice president of human resources and vice president of global employee and labor relations at Archer Daniels Midland Company and American Express, respectively.

Kirk received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, cum laude, from Kent State University and completed his Juris Doctor, with honors, as well as a certificate in labor and employment law at Chicago Kent College of Law.
