Pablo Penades has a diverse education history. In 2020, they obtained a Product Marketing Certified: Core degree from the Product Marketing Alliance. In the same year, they also completed an Intro to Front End Development course at Lighthouse Labs, focusing on computer programming.

In 2012 and 2013, Pablo attended the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), where they pursued a Digital Business & Lean StartUp Activation Program, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2012, they earned a Civil Engineering Degree from the same institution, focusing on Transport, Territory, and Urbanism.

Pablo also pursued education outside of UPV. In 2010 and 2011, they studied Ingegneria Civile, Ambientale e Territoriale (Civil, Environmental, and Territorial Engineering) at Politecnico di Milano.

Furthermore, Pablo holds several certifications. In 2021, they completed the Retention and Engagement Deep Dive course at Reforge and the Advanced Growth Series, also at Reforge. In 2020, they obtained the Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM) certification from the Product Marketing Alliance. In 2019, they completed The Leader's Discipline: A Coaching Approach to Leadership at Roy Group and Google Analytics for Beginners with Google. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained a certification in Sustainable Business Model Design: The 5 pillars to Wealth Creation from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
