Alfredo Hernandez

Alfredo Hernandez, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since May 2018, Alfredo has served as the VP of Human Resources for North America at Door Systems ASSA ABLOY. Prior to this role, Alfredo was the Director of Human Resources, North America, at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems - PDS from May 2012 to May 2018. Alfredo's career also includes positions as Human Resources/Safety Manager at Alsco from March 2001 to May 2012 and On Premise Manager at Spherion from 1996 to 2001. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Miami Dade Community College and participation in the Executive Management Leadership Program at IMD, started in November 2018.
