Rob Ledebur

Rob Ledebur is currently the VP of Operations at Doorstead. Prior to joining Doorstead, Rob was with Zillow Group where they served as the General Manager for the Inland Empire and San Diego markets in California. At Zillow, Rob was responsible for organizational development, business strategy, and P&L management for the residential real estate acquisition, renovation, and resale business.

Before Zillow, Rob was a Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Cincy Realty Solutions, a regional private equity firm that invested in residential real estate and provided acquisition and rehab loans to residential real estate investors. During their time at Cincy Realty Solutions, Rob was responsible for strategic planning, organizational leadership, business development, and P&L management.

Rob has also held previous positions as the Founder & President of EquiRealty and Executive Home Management (April 2013 to March 2019), General Manager of Landwatch.com (March 2011 to February 2012), and Strategic Partnership Manager at DataSphere Technologies Inc. (September 2007 to July 2009).

Rob Ledebur has a MBA in Business from the University of Cincinnati, a BS in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and post graduate studies in Land Planning & Real Estate Development from Bellevue College. Rob also has post graduate studies in Computing & Software Systems from the University of Washington.

Their manager is Jennifer Bronzo, Co-Founder & COO. and Evan Wiesner - Head of Fulfillment reports to Rob Ledebur.
