Nikita Wong has a diverse work experience. Nikita began their career in 2010 as an Assistant at Larsen & Shaw Limited. In 2013, they worked as a Research Assistant at Western University. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Graduate Student Researcher and Graduate Teaching Assistant at York University. During this time, they were also self-employed as an English Teacher & Proofreader, teaching individual and group lessons, preparing lesson plans, and marking progress and end-of-term tests. In 2018, they worked as an Assistant Content & Distribution Manager at Project Syndicate. Since 2020, they have been working at Dopavision as a Scientific Communication & Publication Lead and Research Assistant.
Nikita Wong began their education in 2007 at Walkerton District Secondary School. Nikita then attended Western University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned an Honors Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In 2014, they participated in a Study Abroad Experience at the University of Leeds. Nikita then returned to York University, where they earned a Master's degree in Psychology in 2017. Additionally, in November of 2017, they obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from The Language House TEFL.
