Karen Anderson

Karen Anderson has extensive work experience in supply chain and operations management. Karen started their career at McDonnell Douglas as a Subcontract Negotiator from 1988 to 1993. Karen then joined Dorel Industries Inc. in 1994 as a Senior Operations Manager, a position they held until 2010. From 2010 to 2021, Karen worked at Dorel Living, a subsidiary of Dorel Industries, where they held various roles including Director of Operations and Senior Director of Purchasing & Inventory Management. In 2021, they were appointed as the Vice President of Supply Chain for Dorel Home Products, a division of Dorel Industries.

Karen Anderson completed a Mini MBA in Executive Development Course from McGill University in 2009. Karen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake between 1988 and 1991. Prior to that, they studied Business at Texas A&M University from 1985 to 1988, though they did not obtain a degree.
