Richard Highsmith

Richard Highsmith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Richard currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Dorfman Milano, a position they assumed in September 2022. Before that, they were the Vice President of Operations at the same company from April 2022 to September 2022. Prior to Dorfman Milano, Richard was the Director of Operations at the company from June 2017 to March 2022.

Before joining Dorfman Milano, Richard worked as a Project Manager at Tenth Street Hats from June 2017 to May 2019. Prior to that, they co-founded BirkSun in August 2012 and held the role of Co-Founder until June 2017. Richard also gained experience in the finance industry, working as a Wealth Manager at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney from July 2010 to February 2012 and as a Research Analyst at Merrill Lynch in September 2009.
