Adrienne H. Long, MD, PhD, currently serves as an Instructor in Pediatric Oncology at Stanford University, a position held since July 2019, under the mentorship of Mark Davis, PhD. Long is also a Physician Scientist Fellow in Pediatric Hematology & Oncology through the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, a role initiated in July 2021. Previous experience includes a Research Fellowship at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute from January 2018 to June 2019, advised by Nicholas Haining, and a Pediatrics residency at Boston Children's Hospital from June 2016 to June 2019. Education includes a PhD in Cancer Immunology from the National Institutes of Health (2011-2015), an MD from Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine (2008-2016), and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University (2005-2008). Early research training involved being a HHMI/NIH Research Scholar from July 2011 to June 2012, with advisors Crystal Mackall, MD, and Rimas Orentas, PhD.
