Lakshmi Parasuram

Lakshmi Parasuram has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Lakshmi most recently worked as the Senior Vice President HR, Global Functions at dormakaba since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director IMETA at CHEP from October 2018 to July 2022. Lakshmi also held positions at Constantia Flexibles as the VP HR- Food CIS, Asia, Africa & Global Key Accounts from January 2017 to July 2018, and as the HR Director, Food Emerging Markets from July 2015 to December 2016.

Their earlier experiences include working as the Area HR Director-Mediterranean, Middle-East, Africa at DORMA Gulf Door Controls FZE from September 2006 to June 2015, and as the Quality & HR Manager at Seven Seas Shipchandlers LLC from March 2001 to September 2006. Lakshmi also worked as the Support Head at QSupport Technologies from October 2000 to February 2001, and as the Customer Service & Call Centre Manager at Hutchison Max Telecom from October 1995 to August 2000.

Lakshmi Parasuram has a diverse education history. Lakshmi earned a B Com degree in Commerce, Economics, and Accountancy from Agra University between 1989 and 1992. Lakshmi later pursued an MBA degree in Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 1997 to 1999. In 2010 and 2011, Lakshmi obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Practice from CIPD. Finally, in 2014 and 2015, they attended The Coaches Training Institute to become a Co-Active Coach.
