Marta Leszek

Marta Leszek has a diverse work experience in human resources. Marta currently works at dormakaba as the Lead HR for West/South East/South Europe since July 2023. In this role, they are responsible for implementing the company's HR strategy, recruiting, talent management, and supervision of local HR processes and training activities.

Prior to dormakaba, Marta worked at DORMA as the Regional HR Director for South East Europe from December 2011 to June 2016.

Before that, they were at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where they held various HR positions. Marta was the HR Manager for Poland & HR Coordinator for Eastern Europe from January 2011 to November 2011. From March 2005 to December 2010, they served as the HR Manager, and from June 2002 to February 2005, they were an HR Specialist.

Marta Leszek holds a Master's degree in History from the University of Warsaw, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. Marta also completed a Postgraduate degree in HR Management at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2003 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a certification in LWS (Leadership Workstyles) from Human Synergistics InterConnext Europe in May 2017.
