Dawn Reidenbach

Dawn Reidenbach has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, with their most recent position being the Director of Human Resources at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Human Resources at Sesame Place within SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment from 2010 to 2017. In this role, they led a team of HR professionals and successfully implemented various HR strategies, resulting in labor and expense efficiencies and increased community outreach efforts.

Before joining SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Dawn worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as the VP of Human Resources at Kingsmill Resort, where they led the integration of the company's culture and processes following a merger. Dawn was responsible for various people-related initiatives and functions, and oversaw a workforce of over 2,000 employees. Dawn also worked as a Corporate HR Manager at Anheuser-Busch from 2004 to 2009, partnering with senior management on organizational design efforts and coordinating HR initiatives across different business units and brewery locations.

Dawn's earlier experience includes roles at Anheuser-Busch as a Human Resources Manager at SeaWorld Parks and a Director of Operations at SeaWorld Parks, where they managed various operational aspects and contributed to guest satisfaction, facility integrity, and employee safety. Overall, Dawn has a strong background in human resources management and has consistently delivered impactful results throughout their career.

Dawn Reidenbach has a master's degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 1989 to 1994.

In addition to their formal education, Dawn has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. In April 2023, they completed certifications in Inclusive Leadership, Strategic Human Resources, and Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing from LinkedIn. Dawn also received a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
