Diego Mendonça Fonseca

Diego Mendonça Fonseca has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Diego is currently working as the Lead Flight Test Engineer at Dornier Seawings GmbH since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Alcat Incorporadora as a Partner, responsible for strategic planning, market assessment, project management, and sales and marketing strategy in the real estate and construction business. Diego Mendonça Fonseca completed their Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they also participated in an Extension Course in Aerodynamics and Aircraft Structures at Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA.

In 2012, Diego attended the University of Kansas - School of Engineering, where they focused on Airplane Subsonic Wind Tunnel Testing and Aerodynamic Design. Additionally, they obtained the Multi Crew Cooperation (Jet Training) B737NG certification in 2019 from Delta 5 Simuladores De Voo.
