Nwabuaku Ebeleju

Nwabuaku Ebeleju has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 2010 as a Youth Corper at the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria, their career progressed to positions such as Counsel at Seun Aderibigbe & Co., Acting/Assistant Head of Chambers at Ayodele Akintunde & Co. SAN, and Senior Associate at Niji Oni & Co. In 2020, they became a Supervising Attorney and Head of the Company Secretarial Department at Tokunbo Orimobi LP, where they provided secretarial services and oversaw legal matters. Nwabuaku currently serves as the Team Lead for Contracts and Corporate Transactions at Dot, and previously held roles as Head of Regulatory and Compliance for Dot FIT and Contracts and Corporate Transactions Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in compliance, contract negotiation, and corporate governance.

Nwabuaku Ebeleju received a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Benin in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Methodist Girls High School in Yaba, Lagos from 1999-2004. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in areas such as Proficiency in Management, B.L (Council of Legal Education), and Officer, NSE in view (The Nigerian Stock Exchange). Nwabuaku is also associated with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and the Negotiators and Mediators Association of Nigeria.
