Taiwo Judah-Ajayi

Taiwo Judah-Ajayi has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and People Management. Starting in 2009, they held the position of Head, Group Human Resources at Minaj Group, where they successfully articulated an HR strategy and led the redesign of HR processes and forms. They also managed the recruitment process.

Following this role, Taiwo worked as Director & Consultant at Arkminster from 2010 to 2014. Here, they achieved significant results for clients in various industries, including banking, law, academia, virtual office services, and travel. They led HR transformation initiatives, updated HR policies, provided HR strategy advisory, and designed HR forms and tools, among other achievements.

In 2013, Taiwo took on the role of Human Resources Lead at House of Freedom Network, where they were accountable for HR matters and worked towards administrative excellence. They conducted HR diagnostics, facilitated the crafting of a new HR strategy, and played a key role in establishing a new HR board.

From 2015 to 2019, Taiwo worked at Andela, initially as Deputy Director of Operations and later as Director of People and Culture. In these roles, they oversaw Andela Nigeria's HR function, provided HR advisory and coaching to the leadership team, and focused on growing Andela's culture.

Subsequently, Taiwo served as Head, Shared Services at The House of Freedom Nigeria for a brief period in 2015. They supervised various functions and ensured operational excellence.

From 2019 to 2022, Taiwo worked at GOKADA as Chief People Officer, leading the HR team in all HR areas and driving an HR transformation program. They were also a key member of the senior leadership team responsible for business performance management.

Starting in 2020, Taiwo held two simultaneous roles as Chief People Officer at Moove Africa and People Advisor at Grace Lake Partners Limited. In these positions, they contributed to people strategies, employee experience, and HR operations.

Most recently, in 2022, Taiwo joined Dot as Chief People Officer/People Growth Executive, where they will continue to leverage their expertise in people development and HR leadership.

Taiwo Judah-Ajayi obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy from the University of Lagos. They later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Global Human Resources from the University of Liverpool, which was completed in 2013. In addition, they have obtained certifications in various subjects, including "Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials" from LinkedIn and "SHRM- SCP" from SHRM. They also have certifications in "PRINCE 2 PROJECT MANAGEMENT" from PRINCE 2 and "SAP Financial Accounting Module" from SAP. The exact dates of their certifications are unknown.
