Randi Raisbeck

Randi Raisbeck has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Randi is currently the Director of Operations at DotCom Therapy, where they lead and drives insight into market demand and provider pipeline operating processes. Randi also coordinates launch planning and readiness, supports high-priority business projects, manages cross-functional teams, and tracks key metrics to ensure operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Randi held the positions of Director of Customer Success Operations and Director of Customer Success at DotCom Therapy. Before joining DotCom Therapy, Randi worked at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville as an Events Planning Manager, responsible for managing university relations. Randi also served as an Account Manager of Client Partnerships at Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. and held various roles at The Management Group, Inc., including Consultant Services Specialist, IRIS Matching Specialist, and Individual Services and Supports Plan Specialist. Randi started their career as an Assistant Account Executive at Rhea + Kaiser and also gained experience as a Community Relations Intern at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital.

Randi Raisbeck attended Wisconsin Dells High School from 1999 to 2003. Randi then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications at Winona State University from 2003 to 2007, specializing in Public Relations, Communication, and Sociology.
