Michael Carter, LLS, is an experienced professional in the field of surveying and 3D mapping, currently serving as the Director of 3D Mapping at Doucet Survey, Inc. since November 2015, where responsibilities include project management, business development, field surveys, and scan processing & modeling. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Surveyor at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff in the USA from October 2010 to November 2015, focusing on high definition laser scanning surveys, construction surveys, topographic surveys, and boundary surveys. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
