Valerie Knutson

Valerie Knutson has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at Douglas Fast Net since October 2019. Prior to this role, Valerie spent over 16 years at Charter Communications, advancing through various positions including Customer Sales and Service Center Supervisor, Senior Manager, CSSC Manager, and CSSC Supervisor.
