Victoria Hayward has extensive work experience in various roles within the HR and recruitment field. Victoria currently serves as the Head of People Experience at Douglas Pharmaceuticals, where they focus on people planning, talent management, and leadership development. Prior to this, they were an HR Business Partner and Head of Employee Communications at the same company.

Victoria also worked at Hays, where they held roles such as Recruitment Services Leader for GE Capital and Recruitment Consultant for GE Money, implementing onsite recruitment models and driving cost efficiencies.
Victoria began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page International in London. Overall, they have a proven track record in HR and recruitment, with a strong focus on strategic talent acquisition and building effective teams.
Victoria Hayward obtained a Bachelor of Business degree from Auckland University of Technology. In addition, they obtained an Agile Talent (ICP-TAL, now ICP-AHR) Certificate from ICAgile in March 2020.
