Breana Inoshita is committed to assisting her public agency and private clients navigate a wide variety of complex land use and environmental issues.
Breana’s educational background in community and regional development gives her a foundational understanding of environmental policy and regional planning. She utilizes this knowledge to help clients solve a range of land use entitlements and regulatory issues.
While attending the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Breana served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Hastings Environmental Law Journal. She also served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing and Research Courses. In addition, Breana worked as a law clerk at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger LLP.
Breana’s current practice focuses on a variety of natural resource topics including Air Quality & Climate Change, CEQA/NEPA, Land Use, and Regulatory Law & Business Permitting.
