Jerry Murphy

Jerry Murphy is the managing broker of Bonita Springs-Estero at Downing-Frye Realty. Jerry has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, having previously worked as a managing broker and district manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate - Florida and as the managing broker of Murphy Realty Preferred Homes. Murphy Realty Preferred Homes was founded in 1993 and grew to become one of the top 10 real estate companies in closed sales. In 2005, the company was sold to NRT, a subsidiary of Realogy Corp., and operated under the Coldwell Banker brand.

Jerry Murphy reports to Mike Hughes, General Manager & VP. They are on a team with Jami Dinh - Accounting Manager, Don Ross - VP & Agent Legal Counsel, and Pat Pitocchi - Director of Corporate Training.
