Vimal Jain

Vimal Jain has extensive work experience in investment and finance. Vimal currently serves as an Investment Director at Downing LLP. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Adviser in Infrastructure Investment at Gresham House plc. Before that, Vimal held the position of Head of Europe and CEO of IL&FS Global Financial Services (UK) Ltd at IL&FS Financial Services Ltd (IFIN). Vimal has also worked as an Executive Director in Corporate Finance at EY and as a Principal in Infrastructure Private Equity at Henderson Global Investors. Vimal completed their MBA at London Business School and started their career as a Senior Executive at Ernst and Young. Vimal also worked briefly as an Assistant Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered and as an Executive at Arthur Andersen.

Vimal Jain completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business from HR College, Bombay University from 1993-1996. Vimal then went on to obtain a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants from 1995-1998. Later, they pursued an MBA in Finance and General Management from the London Business School from 2001-2003.
