Thrp Lena McQuary

Lena McQuary's work experience begins in 2007 as a Deputy Clerk at Diamond City, City Hall, where they worked until December 2009. In 2010, they joined Downstream Casino Resort as an IT Helpdesk Technician, and later as an HR Administrative Assistant until September 2014. Lena then transitioned to the role of Tribal Development Officer from September 2014 to March 2018. From March 2018 to June 2021, they served as the HR Employee Relations Manager, and was subsequently promoted to Director of Human Resources until July 2023. Currently, Lena holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Downstream Casino Resort, starting in June 2023.

Lena McQuary, THRP, attended Liberty University from 2016 to 2020, where they studied Psychology. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree. In 2021, Lena McQuary returned to Liberty University to pursue a Master of Arts and Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership and Human Resource Management. The duration of their current program is ongoing.
