Senior Implementation Project Manager at Doxim

Marcia Lambert has extensive work experience in project management, with a focus on implementation projects. Marcia has held senior project management roles at various companies, including Doxim, Pinnacle Data Systems, LLC, DataOceans, LLC, M3 Accounting + Analytics, Progress, and ADP/Peachtree Software.

In their most recent position as a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Doxim, Marcia managed projects for major accounts and new implementations following Doxim's acquisition of Pinnacle Data Systems in October 2020.

Earlier in their career, Marcia worked in education as a Para Professional in Graphic Communications and Substitute Teacher at Gwinnett County Public Schools. Marcia taught Adobe Creative Suite and Flash animation, and as a substitute, covered various subjects and grade levels.

Marcia also served as a Volunteer Leader at the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, Inc, where they led a troop of 45 girls, trained and supported a staff of 8 volunteer assistant leaders, and organized troop and community events.

Additionally, they worked as a Silverstream Developer contractor at USI, developing web-based personnel recruiting software using Java 4GL and writing technical product documentation.

Finally, Marcia gained software development experience at ADP/Peachtree Software, where they tested and selected Crystal Reports as management decision support software, designed and led training on Crystal Reports, and worked as a programmer on payroll and accounting program teams using languages such as C, C++, and SQL.

Marcia Lambert, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, pursued their education at Gwinnett Technical College from 1994 to 1995. During this time, they obtained an Associates degree in Computer Programming Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Marcia has obtained a number of certifications that have further enriched their knowledge and skills. These certifications include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, which they earned in March 2019. Marcia also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in September 2014.

Marcia is also certified in Business Analysis Skills Certification from ExpertRating Global Certifications, earned in July 2013. In the same year, they obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Furthermore, Marcia holds the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification, which they earned in July 2012. Marcia also completed the Microsoft Project 2010, Managing Projects course in the same year.
