Tim Ku

Vice President, Client Services at Doxim

Tim Ku has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Tim currently holds the position of Vice President, Client Services at Doxim, a role they have been in since July 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Client Services at Doxim from January 2020 to July 2020. Before joining Doxim, Tim held various leadership positions at different companies. Tim worked as the Director of Customer Care and Customer Success at Nerd Block | ShirtPunch from April 2016 to August 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Care at Interaxon Inc. from September 2014 to April 2016. Tim also worked at Esri Canada as the Manager of Customer Management from March 2011 to September 2014. Tim began their career at TELUS Business Solutions in 2001, where they held multiple roles including Business Manager, Manager of Client Service, Client Service Manager, and SR Business Analysis. Tim's first job was as a Sales Manager at Pacific Link Communications Inc. from June 1996 to December 2001. Throughout their career, Tim has gained extensive experience in client services, customer care, customer support, and team management.

Tim Ku attended Ryerson University from 1993 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Business Commerce with a focus on Management. In 2009, they obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from Loyalist College. Additionally, Tim enrolled in the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2008 to 2009, specializing in Executive Leadership.
