Will Daniels has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Will served as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Doyon, Limited from 2009 onwards, where they oversaw benefits and compensation programs for multiple subsidiaries. Their responsibilities included managing retirement and medical plans, developing strategic benefit plans, managing benefit vendors, ensuring compliance with various laws and regulations, and performing cost/benefit analysis for new benefit programs. Will also managed executive compensation and developed new compensation programs. Prior to that, they worked as a Compensation Analyst at the University of Alaska from 2000 to 2009, where they established base and market pay programs and evaluated job classification specifications.

Will Daniels, CBP, CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, which was obtained from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution from 1992 to 1997. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) from World at Work in 2012, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from World at Work in 2011, Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2006, and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from Society for Human Resource Management in 2006.
