Lilly Truscott

Lilly Truscott has worked in the product development field since 2013. Lilly began their career as an intern with NARS Cosmetics, where they worked in both Skincare & Complexion Product Development and Global Education & Artistry. Lilly then moved to Surratt Beauty in 2014, where they held the role of Coordinator, Product Development & Operations, as well as an Intern, Product Development & Operations. In 2017, they joined Revlon Inc. as an Associate, Product Development. In 2019, they joined SEED Beauty as a Specialist, Product Development. Most recently, in 2020, they joined dpHUE as a Senior Manager, Product Development, and then was promoted to Manager, Product Development.

Lilly Truscott holds two degrees from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Lilly has an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Advertising & Marketing Communications and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Cosmetics & Fragrance Marketing.
