Ian Ayling has had a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they served as the Head of Sales at DQE, a data quality company. Prior to that, they held several sales leadership roles at EPAM Systems and PolSource. Ian also worked at Salesforce as a Senior Account Executive and CX Evangelist, focusing on the manufacturing sector. Earlier in their career, Ian worked at CACI Ltd, Filmbank Distributors Limited, Cisco, MCI Worldcom, MCI UK, and Lattis Enterprise Management, where they gained experience in business development, account management, and sales.
Ian Ayling attended Wellington School in Bebington from 1988 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Engineering. Ian then went on to study at Sheffield Hallam University from 1995 to 1999, obtaining a BEng degree in Engineering with Business Studies. In addition to their formal education, Ayling has obtained certifications in various sales and business training programs, including Accounts and Contacts from Salesforce Trailhead, John Barrows BASHO Training Certified from John Barrows, Sandler Sales Methodology from Sandler Training, and JBarrows Online Sales Training.
