Rebecca Shaw has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Dr. Martens plc since July 2012, supporting the Global Technology Team. Prior roles at Dr. Martens included Culture & Employee Experience Lead, Training & Communications Coordinator, and a series of IT-related positions. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Compliance Support/Administrator at Secure IFA Ltd, managing various administrative tasks for a large independent financial advisory firm. Earlier experience with Lighthouse IFA involved administrative responsibilities that required strong organizational and communication skills, including client interaction and compliance management.
