Mary Beth Harcarufka, MBA has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in leadership roles. Mary Beth began their career as a Director of Human Resources at Doubletree Hotel from 1997 to 1999. Mary Beth then served as a Director of Human Resources at Doubletree Guest Suites Southfield from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2013, they worked at Hilton Bonnet Creek & Waldorf Astoria Orlando, where they started as a Director of Human Resources and later became the Director of Human Resources (complex). Mary Beth also served as the Director of Human Resources at Conrad New York in 2014 and Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort from 2013 to 2014. Mary Beth was the Vice President of Human Resources at Coastal Hospitality Associates, LLC from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, People & Culture at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts since 2017.

Mary Beth Harcarufka holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Clemson University. Mary Beth completed their MBA program at Clemson University's Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business. Prior to their MBA, Mary Beth Harcarufka obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the same institution. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certifications in Autism & Sensory Awareness Training from the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) in March 2023, and in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in July 2015.
