Dr. Swatee Sarangi

Dr. Swatee Sarangi is an experienced HR professional serving as the HR Head for Global Generics India and Global Head of Learning, Leadership & Organization Development at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since December 2019. Expertise includes functional and behavioral capability building, competency landscape and talent assessments, and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Dr. Sarangi was the Head of Learning & Organization Development at Larsen & Toubro, where responsibilities included succession planning, talent review, and institutionalizing a Diversity & Inclusion agenda. Dr. Sarangi’s academic credentials include a PhD in Talent Management and Organization Development from SNDT Women's University and a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Utkal University. Additionally, Dr. Sarangi has over 15 years of experience in academia and industry, including a position as Associate Professor.
