Michael Denobile

Michael DeNobile is an experienced educator currently serving as the College Now Liaison at Dr. Richard Izquierdo Health & Science Charter School, where mentorship of high school juniors and seniors is a primary focus. In addition to this role, Michael has held several key positions, including English Department Chair, where the implementation of curriculum and student achievement goals were paramount. Michael's teaching background encompasses various roles from high school literature and special education to adult ESL instruction. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Manhattanville University, dual Master’s degrees in Urban & Multicultural Education and English from the University of Mount Saint Vincent, an Advanced Professional Certification in Educational Leadership, and ongoing doctoral studies in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Wyoming. Michael's dedication to differentiated and standards-based instruction is evident throughout the teaching career, which spans over a decade across multiple educational institutions.
