Rocio de los Reyes Cadenas has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Rocio started working at Dragados SA in 2007, where they held various roles including Corporate Quality & Environmental Engineer and Head of Quality Control and Environment Department at Bridge over Cádiz Bay. During their time at Dragados SA, they managed teams, handled financial management, and oversaw laboratory operations. In 2017, Rocio joined Dragados USA, Inc. as a Regional Quality Manager responsible for overseeing quality management in the USA West region. In April 2021, they transitioned to the role of Corporate Quality Director at the same company.

Rocio de los Reyes Cadenas started their education in 2001 at Universidad de Granada, where they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering, specifically in the field of INGENIERO DE CAMINOS, CANALES Y PUERTOS. Rocio completed their Master's degree in Civil Engineering in 2007.
