Yaiza Garcia Minguez has held a variety of roles in the marketing and communications industry since 2008. Yaiza began their career as a Writer/Journalist at Área 11, followed by a role on the Editorial Board of Carrer, a bimonthly magazine with a circulation of 8,000. In 2009, they were appointed Editor-in-Chief of La Marina, a monthly newspaper with a circulation of 6,000. In 2011, they joined Epsilon Technologies as a Digital Content Manager, and in 2012, they worked as a Social Media Manager for Gruppo Angelini and an Educational Video Host for World Trade Press. From 2014 to 2020, they held the role of Sr. Product Marketing Manager and Sr. Digital Marketing Manager at Oportun. In 2020, they began their current role as Head of Product Marketing at Next Insurance.

Yaiza Garcia Minguez holds a B.S. in Journalism from Universitat Ramon Llull, with a concentration in Print Media, Culture and Society, and a B.S. in Marketing from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Google Analytics in December 2017, a Front-End Web Developer - Grow with Google Challenge Scholarship from Udacity in January 2018, and a Google AdWords certification - search advertising from Google in November 2016.
