Vice President, Operations at Dragonfly

Chris Tamucci has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Chris is currently the Supply Chain & Operations Director at Dragonfly, a position they have held since May 2022.

Prior to their current role, Chris worked at Satori Reporting, where they served as the Director of Operations from December 2020 to April 2022. In this role, they supported day-to-day operations, assisted in strategy development, and drove sales goals. Chris reported directly to the CEO and focused on productizing the company's offering and increasing ARR as a percentage of revenue.

Before joining Satori Reporting, Chris held multiple positions at Big Agnes Inc. From September 2012 to November 2020, they were the Director of Operations, managing various aspects of the organization, including international sales, logistics, customer service, dealer service, and IT. Chris also led the go-to-market process with sales, marketing, and product development. Prior to this role, Chris served as the International Sales Manager from August 2008 to November 2020, where they grew an international network of distributors and sales agents across Europe and Asia. Additionally, they were the Warranty/Customer Service Manager from September 2006 to July 2010.

Chris also has experience working at Honey Stinger, where they held the position of Director of Operations from September 2012 to September 2019. Chris managed day-to-day activities across the organization, including international sales, logistics, customer service, and IT. Chris focused on compliance, inventory planning, and co-packer and raw material management. In addition, Chris served as the International Sales Manager/Direct Category Sales Manager from May 2010 to January 2013 and as a Fulfillment Specialist from August 2006 to May 2010.

Before their roles at Big Agnes Inc. and Honey Stinger, Chris worked as a Systems and Network Consultant at CT Consulting from December 2004 to August 2006. Chris provided IT-related services to business clients, including system design and implementation, desktop support, and network administration.

Chris began their career at Yakima Products in January 2001 as an IT Staff member. Chris provided desktop support to over 100 users, managed the helpdesk, ordered hardware/software, performed system configurations, managed server backups, and handled some network management.

Overall, Chris has a strong background in operations, supply chain, and international sales, with a focus on strategy development, sales goals, and process improvement.

Chris Tamucci earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems (C.I.S.) from Humboldt State University, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Chris later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same university, completing their studies from 2005 to 2006.
