Claire Grebenstein

Claire Grebenstein has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Claire most recently worked at Dragonfly as the Head of Customer Operations, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Central Operations & Logistics Manager at Dragonfly from January 2022 to December 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Claire worked at Drop as the Logistics Manager, overseeing the transportation and distribution processes. Claire also held the role of Senior Purchasing Lead for a brief period in 2019.

Before that, Claire worked at Restoration Hardware as the Freight Payment/ Domestic Transportation Coordinator from 2018 to 2020. Claire gained accounting experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill as an Accounting Coordinator from February 2017 to November 2017.

Claire began their career in the hospitality industry, working as a Night Auditor at Hyatt Place from October 2016 to February 2017. Claire then transitioned to the finance sector, joining Morgan Stanley as a Client Service Associate from September 2014 to August 2016.

Prior to that, Claire gained valuable experience at Drew University, where they held various roles including Housing Assistant, Tour Guide, and Summer Conference Assistant from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they interned at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management during the summers of 2011 and 2012, where they played a role in creating Power Points, selecting purchases and gifts for clients, and assisting with client presentations and marketing materials.

Claire Grebenstein completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Supply Chain Management & Business Analytics from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Drew University between 2012 and 2014. In 2018, Claire earned a Certificate of Readiness (CORe) from Harvard Business School Online, focusing on Business Analytics, Financial Accounting, and Economics for Managers.

Furthermore, Claire also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from California State University, Monterey Bay, with a field of study in International/Global Studies, which they completed from 2010 to 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Claire obtained the Syracuse University Project Management Certification (SUPMC) from Syracuse University in August 2021. Claire also completed the Analyze Data with R Skill Path from Codecademy in July 2021 and the How to Analyze Business Metrics with SQL Course from Codecademy in June 2021. Prior to all these, they obtained the Dangerous Goods Training- Lithium Modular Program certification from TDG in December 2019.
