Alston Young

Alston Young has extensive experience in various technical and supervisory roles, currently serving as a Scheduling Technician at Draper & Associates since April 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure with the US Army, holding the position of Sergeant First Class and Construction Supervisor, where responsibilities included reading and interpreting construction drawings and estimating project requirements. As a Logistics Specialist at SDV Command Source from January 2020 to April 2023, Alston supported the logistical processes for Department of Defense personnel and inspected vehicles for compliance. Additional roles include Drive Test Engineer at Roush and Research Assistant at the University of Michigan. Alston also contributed as an Assistant JV Basketball Coach at Sacred Heart Academy from 2014 to 2016. Education includes an Associate's degree in Psychology from Mid Michigan Community College.
