Cameron Loughman

Cameron Loughman is a skilled engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Drata since February 2023, Cameron previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Split, overseeing a team focused on enhancing the company's core products. Cameron also managed a remote Fullstack engineering team at Zignal Labs, contributing to the development of an analytics platform. Earlier roles include Lead Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer at Monitise Americas, Inc., where hybrid banking applications were created, and as a Software Engineer at Digifit, Inc., developing a fitness platform. Cameron's career began as a Web Developer/Designer at UCSB Facilities and Planning and a Data Analyst for the Economic Forecasting Project at UCSB.
