Bo Bradshaw, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Bo is currently working as the VP North America Procurement at Drax Group since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Procurement Director at Edgio from 2022 to 2023, where they established a strategic high-value procurement function and transformed tactical buying into strategically sourced purchases. Bo also built and led a high performing sourcing team.

Before Edgio, Bo worked at Dow for several years. Bo held various positions including Business Capital Purchasing Leader and Strategic Sourcing Manager, where they managed large-scale projects, developed strategies, and achieved cost containment and portfolio performance improvement. Bo also played a key role in post-acquisition integrations, leading initiatives that generated significant supplier savings.

Bo also worked at Progressive Insurance as a General Adjuster and Customer Service Representative, and at ExxonMobil as a Refining Engineer.
