Aditi Bijoor Patil has extensive experience in human resources, particularly at Dream11, where Aditi has held multiple leadership roles including Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Director of Human Resources since November 2014. Prior to this, Aditi worked as an HR Manager at TechShastra and Clove Network, and served as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Komli Media. Aditi began the career at UTI Bank as an Executive and holds an MBA from Mumbai Education Trust, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
