Samin Saadat

Samin Saadat serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Adler University, where Samin teaches vital courses in Organizational Development Consulting Skills and Organizational and Leadership Coaching Skills for Master’s students in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology program. Additionally, Samin plays a key role on the Conference Planning Committee at CIM Health & Safety Society, focusing on promoting safety excellence in the Canadian mining sector. As the Chief Executive Officer of Jalapeño Employee Engagement, Samin fosters organizational growth through innovative people-analytics tools. Samin's experience includes workshop facilitation at Dress for Success Vancouver, project management at VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, consulting at WelTel Incorporated, and guiding international students at The University of British Columbia. Samin holds a Master of Management degree from UBC Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia.
