Bonnie Trowbridge has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bonnie currently serves as the Executive Director of Drive Clean Colorado since December 2018. In addition, they hold the role of Clean Transit Enterprise Board Member at the Colorado Department of Transportation since January 2022. Bonnie also serves as a Colorado Utility Consumers Board Member for CD8 at the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies starting from November 2023.
Previously, Bonnie worked at CALSTART as the Industry Services Senior Manager from May 2019 to July 2020. Bonnie was responsible for conducting transportation industry education and outreach, managing working groups, and providing strategic networking for industry leaders.
Earlier in their career, Bonnie worked as the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Government Relations at Lightning eMotors, where they provided comprehensive marketing and communication leadership. Before that, they worked as the Director of Development at Savio House and Girls Incorporated of Metro Denver, where they led fundraising and marketing efforts.
Bonnie also has experience in the nonprofit sector, having worked as the Director of Planned Giving at Defenders of Wildlife and the Manager of Planned Giving at the National Parks Conservation Association.
Prior to their nonprofit roles, they worked as an Information Specialist at the Ikenson Law Firm, where they managed the law library and provided paralegal support.
Throughout their career, Bonnie has demonstrated expertise and leadership in areas such as marketing, communication, fundraising, government relations, and strategic planning.
Bonnie Trowbridge attended Colorado State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and History.
