Jorge Morel Borchers

Jorge Morel Borchers has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jorge started their career as an Equity Analyst Intern at LarrainVial Asset Management in 2012. Jorge then worked as an Equity Analyst and later as the Head of Research at the same company from 2013 to 2018. In 2019, they co-founded Grido Inc. and worked there until 2020. In 2020, they also co-founded Callisto Spirits. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at LarrainVial as the Head of Thematics Funds, where they focused on thematic investing and creating investment vehicles for different types of investors. In 2021, they joined Unagi Scooters as the Director of Subscriptions, Analytics, and Finance. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager, Strategic Finance at Kyte, and will assume the role of Director, Strategic Finance starting in 2024.

Jorge Morel Borchers holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Jorge also completed an Erasmus program at the University of Leeds in 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Ingeniero Civil Industrial with a specialization in Ambiental from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they studied from 2007 to 2012.
